Vinyasa Yoga keeps you active, has been shown to improve heart health and reduces stress. Whether you’re an experienced yogi, or looking to try out a class out for the first time, these sessions are suitable for all levels. Book a slot, grab your yoga mat, and head down to Design District. Free for Design District community members via the Design District app. £5 for non-members.
