About this event
Join me for a relaxing, restorative Sound Bath in the King Edward Hall in Lindfield on the first Wednesday of every month at 7pm Join me for a relaxing, restorative sound bath on the first Wednesday of every month in the King Edward Hall in Lindfield. I will be using gongs, sound bowls, chimes and many more instruments to guide you on a restorative musical journey to total relaxation. You will be lying on the floor for nearly an hour so you will need to bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on. A small cushion for under your head for comfort. A blanket to cover up, an eye mask if you use one and anything else you want to bring to make a cosy nest. Sound baths are suitable for all age groups. Please see below for contraindications. If you have any questions please get in contact with me and I will be happy to help. You must consult your doctor before booking if any of the following apply: Epilepsy Pregnant women Current or historic serious mental health issues (including but not limited to PTSD) Cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, artificial heart valve, cardiac arrhythmia, a stent or shunt, or a deep brain stimulation device (DBS) Please note that people with sound-induced epilepsy or in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy must not take part in a sound bath.
