Bankers and politicians keep the score Taking backhanders, enforcing old law But venture out, a little further East To Stratford, to Hackney, to Shoreditch, feast Your eyes on a forest of East London Nightlife delights there’s fights in abundance Fairies take over with mischief galore Watch your eyes if they droop then thy amore Might not be your amore anymore Everything is not quite what it seems As plays are rehearsed and lost in their dreams So join us, come in, what will come to pass?
